Canadian Oil Sands to hold Annual and Special Meeting
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/16/13 -- Canadian Oil Sands Limited (TSX: COS) (OTCQX: COSWF) ("COS") will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. (MDT) in the Ballroom of the Metropolitan Conference Centre, located at 333 Fourth Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta.
A live audio webcast of the meeting can be accessed from COS' website at . An archived version of the webcast and presentation material also will be available shortly after the live webcast from the website and archived for 90 days.
The close of business on March 18, 2013 was fixed as the record date for determination of those shareholders entitled to receive notice and to vote at the meeting. If voting by mail, all proxies must be received by Computershare Trust Company no later than 2:30 p.m. (MDT) on Friday, April 26, 2013.
Media attending the meeting will be asked to show accreditation when signing in.
COS' first quarter 2013 results are scheduled to be released after market close the same day.
