Freestone Resources Announces an Update on the Aqueous' Freshwater Load Out Facility

(firmenpresse) - DALLAS, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 04/17/13 -- Freestone Resources, Inc. (OTCQB: FSNR) announces that its joint venture, Aqueous Services, LLC is currently undergoing the final testing and preparation of the Aqueous freshwater load out facility in the Eagle Ford region of South, Texas in anticipation of opening at full capacity next week.

The Aqueous freshwater load out facility, located near Nixon, Texas, has two fully automated trucking terminals that have been designed to provide an accessible source of freshwater from the Carrizo Aquifer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Using state of the art supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, water is delivered with just a touch of a keypad. This facility will have on hand 28,000 barrels of storage capacity and the necessary backup equipment to ensure that water is available when vendors need access to this vital resource.

Aqueous also has a marketing and development team currently working in the region to inform potential vendors of company's easily accessible freshwater supply. This same team is simultaneously working to implement a centralized frac and produced water recycling program on the facility with a proven technology that has been in operation, and is currently utilized in other regions throughout the United States. As this program develops, Freestone and Aqueous will announce its progress in which both companies see as a vital component to sustainable water resource management within the oil and gas industry.

Aqueous Services is a joint venture between Freestone Resources, Inc., Pajarito W&M, LP. and International Aqueous Industries, LLC for the purpose of developing a shale oil and gas water management facility in Wilson County, Texas.
