True Gold Files NI 43-101 Technical Report on Liguidi Project

(TSX VENTURE: TGM) ("True Gold" or the "Company") reports that the Company has filed a National Instrument Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") technical report entitled "Technical Report on the Liguidi Project, Burkina Faso, West Africa" (the "Report"), dated effective March 1, 2013 and executed on April 18, 2013, on SEDAR at .
The report was prepared by Dr. Wayne Ewert, P. Geo., Ms. Tracy Armstrong, P. Geo., and Mr. Antoine Yassa, P. Geo., all of P & E Mining Consultants Inc. Dr. Ewert, Ms. Armstrong, and Mr. Yassa are independent of True Gold and are "Qualified Persons" as defined by NI 43-101. The Report is a first-time technical report relating to exploration activities carried out on the Company's Liguidi Project in central Burkina Faso, West Africa and is being filed on a voluntary basis and not as a requirement of NI 43-101.
Ian Cunningham-Dunlop, P. Eng., is the Company's Senior Vice President Exploration and designated Qualified Person for this news release within the meaning of NI 43-101 and has reviewed and verified that the information contained in this release is accurate and approves of the written disclosure of same.
