Centerra Gold 2013 First Quarter Results Conference Call and Annual Meeting of Shareholders

(TSX: CG) will host a conference call and webcast of its 2013 first quarter financial and operating results at 11:00AM (Toronto time) on Thursday, May 9, 2013. The results are scheduled to be released after the market closes on Wednesday, May 8, 2013.
The Company will host its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 10:00AM (Toronto time).
First Quarter 2013 Results Conference Call and Webcast
Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 11:00AM (Toronto time):

The Company will host its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at 10:00AM (Toronto time), on Friday, May 10, 2013 at the St. Andrew's Club & Conference Centre, Toronto, Ontario. The meeting materials (Notice of Meeting, Management Information Circular, Form of Proxy, and 2012 Annual Report) were mailed on about April 19, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 21, 2013, being the record date for the meeting.
