Cologne, April 19, 2013 - KHD will hold its annual general meeting on
Monday, June 24th, starting at 12 p.m. at the Marriott hotel in Cologne,
Germany. We have received a motion from shareholders and the Company is in
the process of finalizing its response to this motion. The Company will
publish the motion and corresponding response together with the convening
notice and agenda for the meeting in due course. The updated financial
