(firmenpresse) - HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/19/13 -- Royal Host Inc. (TSX: RYL) (TSX: RYL.DB.B) (TSX: RYL.DB.C) (TSX: RYL.DB.D) ("Royal Host") today announced the departure of Michael Bobbitt, Royal Host's Chief Operating Officer effective April 19, 2013.
The Company's Board continues to review the management structure and expects it will be several months before a determination as to a replacement is made. The Board continues to work with the executive team to move the Company forward and increase shareholder value.
