Sage Files Clavos Technical Report on SEDAR

(TSX VENTURE: SGX) (the "Company") today announced the filing on SEDAR of a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report entitled "MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE AND PRELIMINARY ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT ON THE CLAVOS "JV" PROPERTY" (the "Technical Report") dated effective April 12, 2013 by Robert Ritchie, P. Eng.

The Technical Report outlines the results of the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for the Clavos Gold Deposit in Timmins, Ontario. The Company first reported the economic results of the PEA in a news release dated March 1, 2013.
