As part of the company's restructuring plan, Fernhill Corporation has recently engaged the services of a new transfer agent 'VStock Transfer' out of New York, NY. Fernhill would also like to announce that it is taking the required steps towards moving to the higher tier level status of 'Current Information'. As the company moves towards this status the financials for Q1 of 2013 is in process and can be viewed at in the upcoming weeks.
Over the past few months the company has been reviewing potential applicants to bring on board its management team. It is the desire of the company to bring on board an individual(s) which will enhance its value, access and accessibility to current and future projects.
Its "Silver Bell Mine Property" located on the south shore of Horne Lake, approximately 15 kilometers northeast of Port Alberni, British Columbia.
