(firmenpresse) - Leipzig, April 22nd: Even though spring was a little late this year, now our rental bikes are available in all nextbike cities. In 2013, nextbike offers almost 15.000 bikes in ten countries, worldwide. Youngest member of the international nextbike family is Dubai. Since a few weeks, people can ride rental bikes here at high-summer temperatures around Burj Khalifa, the highest building in the world. In May, Dobrich in Bulgaria and the Croatian capital Zagreb will follow. More information on www.nextbike.net.
Once registered, rental bikes in every nextbike city or country can be used. Rentals are possible via app, by calling the hotline or at rental terminals around the clock. Since its establishment nextbike is constantly expanding. Starting with 30 bikes in Leipzig, the company is now present in more than 80 cities on four continents. In Germany, for example, the regional sharing system metropolradruhr is the biggest bike sharing system in Germany with 3.000 bikes. In Warsaw, 2.000 bikes roll through the city this year. The system is financed by rental revenues and by marketing advertising panels on the bikes.
