Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Nordic Mines AB (publ)
(a translation)
The Annual General Meeting of Nordic Mines AB (publ), co. no. 556679-1215, ("the
Company") will be held on Thursday 23 May 2013 at 3.00 p.m. at Drabanten
Företagshotell, Bangårdsgatan 13, in Uppsala.
A. Attendance etc.
Shareholders wishing to attend the Meeting must:
* be entered in the register of shareholders maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB
on Friday 17 May 2013, and
* no later than 3.00 p.m. on Monday 20 May 2013 have notified the Company by
post to Nordic Mines AB (publ), Trädgårdsgatan 11, 753 09 Uppsala, or by
phone +46 (0) 18 84 34 500, or by email to info(at)nordicmines.se.
Such notification shall include full name, civil registration or company number,
shareholding, address, daytime phone number and where applicable, details of a
deputy, agent or assistant. Where applicable, a power of attorney, registration
certificate and other authorizing documents are to be enclosed with the
notification.
B. Shares held in trust
Shareholders whose shares are held in trust must also temporarily register the
shares in their own name in the register of shareholders maintained by Euroclear
Sweden AB in order to participate in the meeting. To ensure that this
registration is registered in the register of shareholders no later than Friday
17 May 2013, the shareholder should request such reregistering with the person
whose name appears in the register of shareholders.
