EPAM Systems, Inc. Announces Date For First-Quarter 2013 Earnings Release and Conference Call

Newtown, PA - April 23, 2013 - EPAM Systems, Inc. (NYSE: EPAM), a
leading provider of complex software engineering solutions and a leader in
Central and Eastern European IT service delivery, today announced plans to
release its first quarter 2013 results after the market closes on Wednesday, May
8, 2013. The Company will host a conference call to discuss results on Thursday,
May 9, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The live conference call can be accessed by dialing 1-877-407-0784 (domestic) or
1-201-689-8560 (international). A telephonic replay will also be available
approximately one hour after the call and can be accessed by dialing
