GOGL - Changes to the Board composition

Golden Ocean Group Limited ("Golden Ocean" or the "Company") announces that Miss
Cecilie Fredriksen will today leave the Board of the Company. Miss Fredriksen
will remain a Board member of several other central related group companies.
Mrs. Georgina Sousa, the Company Secretary, has today been appointed a Director
of the Company.
