KItron ASA recruits Cathrin Nylander as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

(2013-04-26) Kitron is pleased to announce the appointment of Cathrin Nylander
as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. The effective date of Ms
Nylander's employment will be August 9th 2013.
Ms Nylander is currently the CFO of Diplom-Is AS in Oslo, the market leader of
Ice-cream production and sales in Norway. Cathrin Nylander has experience from
several industries including cable manufacturing, IT and banking. She earned her
bachelor of social science degree at University of Lund. A native of Sweden,
Cathrin is 46 years old and lives in Bærum.
"With her solid financial and industrial background Cathrin will be an important
addition to Kitron's management team. She has a proven track record as a CFO
operating in highly competitive industries. Her operational experience and
focus is matching the challenges Kitron is facing" says Jørgen Bredesen, CEO
