(Oslo, 29 April 2013) EVRY is now preparing for the next phase of the Future
Proof program, and has appointed Kjell-Erik Tenold to be in charge of this task.
"Through the Future Proof program, EVRY is establishing the best and most
industrialised data centre ever seen in Norway", comments Terje Mjøs, CEO of
EVRY.

EVRY has laid the foundation for a new and significantly improved operations
organisation and infrastructure. Work on this started in the first half of
2012, and is known as the Future Proof program.

Strategically important program

"Through the Future Proof program, EVRY is establishing the best and most
industrialised data centre ever seen in Norway. This will form a central part of
the advanced technology that will be the core of the IT industry of the future
in Norway and throughout the Nordic region. We will transform and migrate
customers onto standard platforms with high quality standards, and in order to
be competitive it is essential that we make greater use of automation and
offshoring", explains Terje Mjøs, CEO of EVRY.

In late 2012 and early 2013 we signed three strategically important contracts
with Gjensidige, Posten and Storebrand which represent total contract value
(TCV) of NOK 2 billion. These new contracts demonstrate that EVRY's new and
state-of-the-art operating services platform is in demand and competitive. With
Future Proof, EVRY has designed an entirely new services and deliveries
structure. It is now time to move to the next phase of this program.

Long experience

Kjell-Erik Tenold joins EVRY on 1 May 2013 as a Senior Vice President and will
be responsible for the Future Proof program at EVRY. He has extensive experience
of major transformation programs, including experience from Telenor and most
recently from Fujitsu. In addition to his experience at these companies, Kjell-

Erik Tenold has held a number of other management positions in the IT industry,
including Cisco Systems and Alcatel.

"Kjell-Erik Tenold has worked for many years with challenging projects at the
interface between customers, organisations and technology. This experience is
very important for our work on Future Proof. In addition, he brings
international experience which is important for the continuing
professionalisation of EVRY", comments CEO Terje Mjøs.

"EVRY is moving forward with a very exciting modernisation process, and I look
forward to working on this together with the many skilful people at EVRY",
comments Kjell-Erik Tenold.

Steps to strengthen Nordic Operations

In addition to the appointment of Kjell-Erik Tenold, EVRY is strengthening its
operating services unit, Nordic Operations, with the recruitment of a further
two new managers. Harald Lome has been appointed as Vice President and Head of
the Network & Data Centre unit. He joins EVRY from a position as head of
business development at IBM Strategic Outsourcing, and represents a major
addition of technical and management experience for the network area at EVRY.
His previous experience includes responsibility for the Telecom sector at
Capgemini, and he has several years' European experience from Telecom and
Datasenter.

In addition, Jan Gunnar Brandvold has been appointed as a Vice President and
Head of the Mainframe, Communication & Sales unit within Nordic Operations. He
has held a number of management positions in the IT industry, including
employment with Digital, Compaq and IBM, and joins EVRY from his current
position as sales director at Accenture. Jan Gunnar Brandvold will contribute
additional technical and management experience that will strengthen EVRY's
deliveries and sales to large customers.

"The overriding objective for Nordic Operations is to deliver stable operations.
An important element in this work is to strengthen our management capacity and
experience in relation to the delivery methods of the future, and not least to
strengthen our network organisation. These three new appointments demonstrate
that EVRY attracts experienced managers and technical specialists, and this is
important in order for us to realise our ambitions", comments Håvard Larsen, EVP
and Head of Nordic Operations at EVRY.
