Angle Energy Inc. Appoints Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/29/13 -- Angle Energy Inc. ("Angle" or the "Company") (TSX: NGL) today announced the appointment of Ken D. Hillier, C.A., as its Chief Financial Officer effective April 29, 2013. Mr. Hillier replaces Stuart Symon whose retirement, effective March 31st, was announced on January 9, 2013.
Mr. Hillier is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience in financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, capital markets and investor relations. Most recently he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of C&C Energia Ltd., which was sold effective December 31, 2012, and prior to that, he held the same position with Verenex Energy Inc., both of which were public oil and gas companies listed on the TSX. Mr. Hillier's knowledge of both the capital markets and the oil and gas industry will make him a strong addition to Angle's executive team.
