Teekay Corporation Announces First Quarter 2013 Earnings Results Conference Call

HAMILTON, BERMUDA--(Marketwired - April 29, 2013) - Teekay Corporation (Teekay
or the Company) (NYSE: TK) plans to release its financial results for the first
quarter of 2013 before market open on Thursday, May 9, 2013.
The Company also plans to host a conference call on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at
11:00 a.m. (ET) to discuss the results for the first quarter of 2013. All
shareholders and interested parties are invited to listen to the live conference
call by choosing from the following options:

* By accessing the webcast, which will be available on Teekay's website
