London, United Kingdom, April 29, 2013 - Seadrill Partners LLC (NYSE:SDLP)
announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash
distribution with respect to the quarter ended March 31, 2013, of US$0.3875 per
unit, equivalent to an annual distribution of US$1.55
This cash distribution will be paid on May 15, 2013 to all unitholders of record
as of the close of business on May 8, 2013.
