Protegrity Sues Element Payment Services, Inc. for Infringement of Data Security Patents

The suit, which seeks to protect Protegrity's intellectual property, was filed in the Federal Court in Hartford, Conn.

This lawsuit against Element Payment Services, Inc. concerns entitled "Data Security System for a Database" and entitled "Data Security System for a Database Having Multiple Encryption Levels Applicable on a Data Element Value Level".
