Karen A. Rockoff Joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank
(firmenpresse) - BEDMINSTER, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 05/02/13 -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Peapack-Gladstone Bank, announce the appointment of Karen A. Rockoff to the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. Karen is the head of the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management.
Karen has enjoyed a 30-year career in financial services. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for Morgan Stanley in Credit Risk Management for more than 16 years, covering the full spectrum of Morgan Stanley's capital markets and loan products. Karen has deep expertise and product experience including fixed income and equity derivatives, loans, foreign exchange, repos and securities lending. Prior to her long tenure with Morgan Stanley, she worked for Nomura Securities International as Vice President and Senior Credit Analyst. She also worked in credit review for Republic National Bank, including a special assignment covering non-performing loans. Mrs. Rockoff also worked in Los Angeles for several years in asset-based lending for Security Pacific Bank and Bankers Trust.
Karen earned a B.S. in Accounting and B.A. in French from Penn State in 1981 and an MBA from Columbia University in 1986. She lives in Basking Ridge with her husband Scott and is a dedicated volunteer at Tabby's Place in Ringoes, NJ.
