Strongco Announces Final Voting Results
(firmenpresse) - MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/02/13 -- Strongco Corporation (TSX: SQP) today announced the final director election results from Strongco's 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held in Toronto, Ontario on April 30, 2013.
By a vote of show of hands, the director nominees listed in the table below were all elected as directors of the Corporation for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed.
The numbers of shares, which were voted in favour of or withheld from voting by proxy for the election of each such director nominee, and such number as a percentage of the votes cast, were as follows:
