East Capital Explorer's interim report 1 January - 31 March 2013 will be
published on Wednesday, 8 May 2013, before the stock exchange opens. The report
will be presented and commented on during a telephone conference with Mia Jurke,
CEO, and Kestutis Sasnauskas, Head of East Capital Private Equity.
In a separate press release today, it was announced that the Company has agreed
to acquire a majority stake in Starman, the leading cable TV, broadband internet
and voice cable services provider in Estonia. During the telephone conference we
will tell more about this investment.
