Dunav Resources Grants Stock Options to New Director

(firmenpresse) - LONGUEUIL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/03/13 -- Dunav Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DNV) ("Dunav" or the "Company") announces that it has approved the grant of an option to acquire 200,000 common shares to its new board member and chair of the audit committee, Elaine Bennett. Subject to regulatory approval, the incentive stock option will be exercisable at a price of $0.15 for a period of five years and will vest over a two-year period.

Ms. Bennett was appointed on April 24, 2013 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Anthony Walsh.
