GCP SA has signed, through an affiliate, a purchase agreement to acquire
residential real estate portfolios located primarily in Berlin, Dresden and
Kiel, comprising of approximately 2,000 units. The purchase price is 81m
Euro, and the current net rental income is ca. 7,5million. The closing is
subject to payment of the purchase price.


GCP is well prepared to continue its growth in the residential market, with
further planned acquisitions in large cities in Germany.
