October 6, 2010 - Trivello Energy Corp. (TSX-V “TRV”; Frankfurt “T6U1”) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce a private placement of 1,100,000 units at a price of $0.12 per unit for gross proceeds of $132,000.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for two years, at a price of $0.13 per share. The securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used to initiate work on the Company's Day Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in the Toodoggone Region of north-central British Columbia and for general working capital.
