Rockridge Increases Private Placement to $1,260,000

(TSX VENTURE: RRC) ("Rockridge" or the "Company") has increased its previously announced non-brokered private placement to now raise 25,200,000 Units of the company at a price of $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1.26 million. All other terms remain consistent with the news release dated April 12, 2013.
