Homes GmbH today announced a marketing and sales agreement under which
Engel&Völkers is to broker suitable properties and handle the subsequent
marketing and sales of the exclusive luxury TIMELESS HOMES villas. For 35
years, Engel&Völkers has specialized in brokering the world's most
beautiful properties and in fulfilling the residential requirements of its
upmarket clientele.
Under the brand developed by the Munich company Timeless Homes GmbH and in
cooperation with leading industry experts, design-oases are created in a
timeless, elegant expression of form. With a unique architectural brand,
these luxury villas meet the sophisticated requirements of a growing number
of clients worldwide. Thanks to the modular and scalable architectural
concept used, the solidly constructed villas satisfy the individual demands
of their selected target group, offering every imaginable layout and roof
variation as well as a wide range of sizes. Clients can act as developers
and implement their own ideas for their homes or acquire entire turnkey
concepts in top international locations. The first luxury villa is to be
built in the affluent Munich suburb of Gruenwald.
Timeless Homes GmbH cooperates with selected partners worldwide in the

exterior architecture for the villas has been created by Porsche Design
Studio, one of Europe's most prestigious design houses. The firm H-I-M
Villenbau is the partner for construction activities in Southern Germany,

consulting firm Drees&Sommer will handle international project
development and management.
