Matricis Acquires Montreal Firm PARA9
PARA9 joins the Matricis team to offer clients a more complete range of services
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/07/13 -- Matricis Informatique Inc., a consulting firm that helps companies improve their e-business processing with integration technologies, announced that it has acquired PARA9, a Montreal-based company recognized for its expertise and creativity in the development of mobile applications.
With this acquisition, Matricis adds a user experience component to its offering of solutions related to business process management (BPM), application integration, cloud computing as well as management and virtualization. It also enables Matricis to penetrate the mobile development market and consolidate its web development expertise.
Concretely, Matricis can now better meet the needs of a growing number of clients for whom user experience is increasingly important. "PARA9's expertise perfectly complements what we do at Matricis. In fact, the combined expertise of Matricis and PARA9 will benefit clients in many ways.
