Golden Ocean's first quarter 2013 results will be released on Tuesday May
28, 2013. Please note that the date is changed compared to the Financial
Calendar published December 27, 2012.
In connection with the release a presentation and a teleconference/webcast will
be held as described below:

A presentation of Golden Ocean's first quarter 2013 results will take place in
Oslo at Filipstad Brygge 1 in Swedbank First Securities' premises on Tuesday May

A conference call will be held at 03:00 P.M. Central European Time (9:00 A.M.
EST and 9:00 P.M. Singapore time) on Tuesday May 28, 2013. The presentation will
