Rainmaker Entertainment Announces Delisting From Toronto Stock Exchange
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/07/13 -- Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. (TSX: RNK) announces that the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has determined to delist the common shares of Rainmaker at the close of market on June 6, 2013 for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of the TSX. Specifically, the continued listing requirement that Rainmaker failed to satisfy was maintaining the requisite market value of its public float, which was less than $2 million for 30 consecutive trading days.
Rainmaker has submitted an application to list for trading its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") pursuant to the streamlined listing procedure prescribed by Part 4 of TSXV Policy 2.3. Listing of its common shares on the TSXV is subject to acceptance by the TSXV.
