Egnyte Expands Solution and Global Reach With Strategic Acquisition of Polish Software Company

Bema has provided advanced research & development capabilities for Egnyte's solutions and this acquisition brings these valuable capabilities in-house. The acquisition also provides a strategic base for Egnyte to further expand its global reach.
