(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/09/13 -- Graham Theodor & Co. Ltd. today announced that the company has acquired privately held Trent Realty Inc. Trent Realty is one of the largest REO brokerages and service providers in the state of Florida, having long been a regional leader in its industry since the company's inception nearly two decades ago.
The transaction has closed; terms of the deal were not disclosed. Graham Theodor & Co. Chairman & CEO, Theodor Tonca commented: "We are glad to be partnering with the Trent family and their entire team in continuing to make Trent Realty a leader in its region and across the nation over the long-term".
The Trent family has retained a substantial minority interest in the firm and will continue leading its business operations going forward.
Graham Theodor & Co. Ltd. is a private investment holding company. The firm's primary business segment is its investing operations whose goal is to acquire minority as well as majority stakes in businesses which operate in industries that are within the area of competence of the firm's principals.
