(TSX VENTURE: GER) ("Glen Eagle" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has formed in Nicaragua a legally constituted company called Sandgold SA which is in process of being a wholly owned subsidiary of Glen Eagle.
The main objective for Sandgold is to achieve gold production in Nicaragua. A considerable amount of time and effort has been dedicated over the past year in serving this objective.
Glen Eagle expects new developments to unfold shortly in Nicaragua and will keep its shareholders informed in a timely manner.
Any project resulting from Sandgold is aimed at being with little or no dilution to our shareholders, a fact that has marked the Company's corporate approach over the last eight years.
