Dresner Partners Advised G2G3 Group Limited in Its Sale to Capita plc
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 05/09/13 -- Dresner Partners, a leading FINRA-registered, middle-market investment bank and IMAP member firm, announced today that it advised G2G3 Group Limited, based near Edinburgh, Scotland, in its sale to Capita plc, a U.K.-based business process outsourcing company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Established in 1999, G2G3 designs immersive simulations, virtual environments, and organizational change management programs for companies in the U.S., U.K., and overseas, including some of the world's leading IT organizations (HP, IBM and Microsoft) and healthcare companies. The application of game dynamics and game thinking to non-game activities is a rapidly growing method for training employees, and can be used in both the corporate environment and to simulate life events and adapt behaviors.
