("Pethealth" or the "Company") (TSX: PTZ) announced today that the Company will be releasing its first quarter results on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, prior to its Annual and General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to take place in Oakville at the Company's office at 710 Dorval Drive, Suite 700, at 2.30 p.m. (EST) that same day.
The Company announced that it will also be holding an investors' conference call on Wednesday, May 15 at 4.30 p.m. (EST).
