S4M Solution Nominated for the AIB Media Excellence Awards 2010
Studio Production Tool ClipJOCKEY Shortlisted
(PresseBox) - Cologne based systems and consulting company S4M ? Solutions for Media was nominated for one of the AIB Media Excellence Awards ? this time with the studio production tool ClipJOCKEY.
The AIBs are assigned by the Association for International Broadcasting and honour outstanding achievements in broadcasting and new media. A record number of entries from countries all over the world solicit in 16 categories for the awards. The judges are respected professionals from broadcasting and related industries and include journalists, broadcasting executives, technologists and industry specialists. They represent 18 different countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America and Oceania.
This year S4M?s studio production tool ClipJOCKEY is shortlisted in the category ?most innovative technology? and the whole S4M team appreciates very much that the system was picked from all the entries and got a nomination.
The ClipJOCKEY software covers the special needs of TV broadcasters and production companies regarding ingest and playout functionalities and focuses on existing core workflows in control rooms as well as in (post-) production houses. ClipJOCKEY supports migration into a file-based environment and enables customers to use the best features of their video server hardware.
