Bionano Finalizing A Shared Services Contract
October 20, 2010. Bionano, provider of world-class sustainable energy technology products, services, processes, and deployment solutions, announced today that it has entered final stages of negotiations to provide Shared Services contracts, which include lighting efficiencies and LED lights installations. The client is a large Northeast United States real estate holding company. The contract value is projected to be over $200,000. Upon successful implementation, this will be rolled out to additional 20 malls managed by the client.
Under the proposed agreement, Bionano will utilize its own funds to install LED lights and retrofits, thereby significantly reducing customer’s energy consumption by over 50%. The client will make monthly payments to Bionano based on the created energy savings over a seven year period.
