(firmenpresse) - BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/14/13 -- Intrepid Mines Limited (TSX: IAU)(ASX: IAU) hereby gives notice that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday 20 June 2013 at 11:00am (AEST) at the Stamford Plaza Hotel cnr. Edward & Margaret Streets, Brisbane, Qld 4000.
The purpose of the meeting will be to consider resolutions proposed by shareholders: Quantum Pacific Investment Limited, Fides Capital Partners Limited, All Victory Limited and Mr. Marcus Noel Tay under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001.
Additional meeting material shall be sent out to Shareholders in the following days.
