Yesterday and today the Company was informed that the new shares generated by the Company were credited on the trustee accounts of the investors participating in the capital increase decided on the Annual General Meeting held on 19 April, 2010.
The new shareholders are as follows:

The introduction of the shares to the stock exchange can be effected only after closing of the public purchase offering made by the above parties acting in concert. According to the information of the Company, the preparation of the public purchase offering is in progress.
