1. step: Installation of Conveyor System (firmenpresse) - The most compact laser production line - an innovation geared towards automation and process reliability. Universally usable and nevertheless a specialist in its subject.
An add-on conveyor system has been available for the compact XS-610 laser engraving and cutting system since October 2010. Textiles, labels, hoses, belts and much, much more can be manufactured perfectly with this system. The automation innovation developed by eurolaser and for which a patent application has been filed, combines many advantages:

Positioning system for printed material
A CCD camera used for optical detection of position markings rounds off the range of laser engraving and cutting systems. Printed as well as embroidered or glued markings can be detected. Even the detection of clear patterns is possible. The captured data are used to position the laser beam automatically over the workpiece, so exact processing of the print contour is carried out automatically.
