Dominion Citrus Income Fund and Dominion Citrus Limited Board of Trustees and Board of Directors Changes
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/16/13 -- Dominion Citrus Income Fund ("DCIF") (TSX: DOM.UN) and Dominion Citrus Limited ("DCL") (TSX: DMN.PR.A) jointly announce changes in the composition of their respective Boards following the annual general meetings of each of DCIF and DCL held on May 16, 2013.
Michael Blair and Christopher Wallace have been appointed to the Board of Trustees of DCIF and the Board of Trustees is now composed of Michael Blair, Peter McLaughlin, Paul Scarafile and Christopher Wallace.
John Blair has been appointed to the Board of Directors of DCL and the Board of Directors of DCL is now composed of Winston Ash, John Blair, Barry Cracower, Peter McLaughlin and Paul Scarafile.
