AMCOL International (NYSE: ACO) Holds Annual Shareholders Meeting and Announces Quarterly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 05/16/13 -- AMCOL International Corporation (NYSE: ACO) held its Annual Shareholders Meeting today. All Class III Directors were re-elected. They are: Jay D. Proops, William H. Schumann, III, and Paul C. Weaver. In addition, the shareholders ratified the Audit Committee's selection of Ernst & Young and approved the advisory resolution on executive compensation.
The Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 a share for the second quarter of 2013. The second quarter dividend is payable on July 9, 2013, to shareholders of record as of June 6, 2013.
