Orkla ASA: BRG - Mandatory notification of trade and disclosure of significant holding

BRG Holding AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orkla, has today sold 14,900,000
shares in Borregaard ASA (BRG), representing 14.9 percent of the total share
capital of BRG at a price of NOK 26 per share. BRG Holding AS owns no shares in
BRG after the transaction.
As a consequence of the transaction BRG Holding AS has passed the thresholds of
10 and 5 percent of the outstanding share capital, cf. the Securities Trading
Act section 4-3 first paragraph.
BRG Holding AS is primary insider in BRG.
