Strachan Financing and Qualifying Transaction Cancelled
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/17/13 -- Strachan Resources Ltd. ("Strachan" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SCN.P), a capital pool company, announces that its Short Form Offering Document financing has been cancelled and that accordingly, its proposed Qualifying Transaction for the Chu Chua mining property, located in the Kamloops Mining Division. BC, has been terminated.
As Strachan has not been able to complete its Qualifying Transaction in the time frame required by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), it will now be applying to transfer its listing to the NEX Board of the Exchange, as approved by its shareholders at the March 21, 2013 AGM.
