DR. SASWAT MISRA JOINS VRINGO AS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COUNSEL

NEW YORK - May 20, 2013 - Vringo, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNG), a company engaged in the
innovation, development and monetization of mobile technologies and intellectual
property, today announced that Dr. Saswat Misra has joined the company as
Intellectual Property Counsel.
Prior to joining Vringo, Dr. Misra practiced law at Ropes & Gray LLP, where he
managed worldwide patent prosecution activities. Earlier in his career, Dr.
Misra served at the Army Research Laboratory as a Research and Development
Engineer for over six years.
Dr. Misra received a J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske
Stone Scholar. He earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from
Cornell University and M.S. and B.S. degrees in the same field from University
of Illinois and University of Maryland, respectively.
