(firmenpresse) - AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 05/20/13 -- Cotton Creek Capital, lower middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Clayton Milburn to the investment team as an Associate in the Austin office.

Previously, Mr. Milburn was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at ORIX Corporate Capital, a Dallas-based investment arm of ORIX Corporation ($100 billion in global assets). While at ORIX Corporate Capital, Mr. Milburn was responsible for underwriting and executing middle market debt and equity investments in support of growth financings, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and acquisitions across a variety of industries.

Mr. Milburn earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
