Constellation Brands to Webcast June 5 Institutional Investor Meeting from New York City

VICTOR, N.Y., May 20, 2013 - Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ and STZ.B)
announced today that it will webcast its June 5, 2013, institutional investor
meeting from New York City at the AXA Equitable Center, located at 787 Seventh
Avenue. The webcast will begin at 1:00 p.m. EDT, and is expected to conclude by
approximately 5:00 p.m. EDT.
A live audio webcast of the presentation can be accessed on the Constellation
Brands website (www.cbrands.com) by following the instructions in the
"Investors" section. Following the presentation, the webcast will be available
on the Constellation Brands website through the close of business on August
30, 2013. Financial and statistical information discussed in the presentation,
and a reconciliation of any reported (GAAP) financial measures with comparable
or non-GAAP financial measures, will also be available at the company's website
under "Investors" by selecting "Financial History."
Presentations, which are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. EDT, will be made by Rob
