Crowdinvesting as a growth booster for high tech companies - innoveas AG
enables investments in top technologies 'made in Germany'

Karlsruhe based innoveas AG, an expert for converting scientific ideas
into new companies and products will give investors the chance to invest in
the creation and accelerated growth of high tech companies starting May 23,
2013. From that day on you will be able to be a part of this
entrepreneurial success. As investments start from as low as EUR 1,000,
this offer is open to small investors, too.

'Up until now high tech investments were limited to big investors. We want
to change this now and want to make this area accessible for a larger
crowd. We firmly believe that anyone interested should be given the chance
to join us in creating and nurturing companies out of brilliant ideas from
German research,' says Guido Hillebrands, CEO and co-founder of innoveas
AG.

Over the last 20 years the innoveas team has become an integral part of
Germany's research community and has acquired unique access to more than 30
universities and more than 30,000 researchers. innoveas' experts screen
more than 250 top technologies, analyze scientific ideas in respect to
their marketability and actively promotes the development of business ideas
and products. They partner up with researchers to support them in regards
to management, create sustainable concepts for new companies and help to
secure the start up companies' funding. In order to guarantee a sustainable

success innoveas AG takes on an active role as part of the new companies'
management teams.

'We get involved personally and as a team with the researchers to jointly
make the respective products a success,' says Hillebrands. This
comprehensive and sustainable involvement is characteristic for innoveas.
The safety of the investment decision is increased by an international
investor base and the renowned members of the company's Global Advisory
Board.

Innoveas team has supported the foundation of about 200 companies in the
last two decades. The innovation expert's current portfolio comprises ten
companies from the med tech, construction chemistry, software and 3D
technology sectors.

IONYS AG, also based in Karlsruhe, for example develops high performance
construction material extending the life span of infrastructure and
significantly reducing their maintenance costs. The company has a close
cooperation with the Karlsruhe Institute for Technology (KIT) and has
received numerous awards in the last years, among them prizes from Deutsche
Börse and the German federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg.

Another innoveas start up is the Rostock-based Immungenetics AG. This
company dwevelops personalized solutions in the medical sector to allow for
individual diagnosis and prognosis. The researchers behind Immungenetics
focus on autoimmune diseases, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's and
rheumatoid Arthritis as well as on Alzheimer's, against which they are
currently developing a groundbreaking drug. Now innoveas AG is looking for investors by means of crowdfunding in order
to accelerate the further development of the existing portfolio as well as
to provide funding for upcoming start up companies and to identify further
technologies with a great potential for commercialization from research
results. innoveas offers profit-participating loans with a minimum duration
of three years via the platform LightFin. Depending on the amount of the
investment the fixed rate of interest can be as high as eight percent.

The newly founded LightFin GmbH is focused on medium sized businesses. The
company is managed by Dr. Kay-Michael Schanz, attorney at law and an expert
for stock exchange law, and the IT-expert Prof. Dr. Bernd Freisleben.
LightFin GmbH is commissioned to publish innoveas AG's offer via the
website lightfin.de and to make sure all technical aspects are being taken
care off by licensed payment service providers. The fact that an already
established company is entering the market like this is reflected by the
funding volume. The funding threshold is defined at EUR 500,000 with the
target being EUR 1 million, thus crowdfunding enters a new dimension in
Germany. Interested investors can register at LightFin GmbH's website
starting Tuesday, May 22, and will be granted access to extensive
information. An information memorandum describing innoveas AG's offer will
also be available for download.
