Microlog Announces Satisfaction of Key Closing Condition for Acquisition of NutraBev

("NutraBev") has closed its acquisition of Silverbow Honey Company, Incorporated ("Silverbow"). Microlog previously announced on May 15, 2013 that it had entered into a definitive agreement (the "Agreement") with NutraBev whereby it is contemplated that Microlog will acquire 100% of NutraBev's common stock in exchange for 91,601.248 shares of Microlog's preferred stock. NutraBev's acquisition of Silverbow satisfies a key closing condition of the Agreement.
