Cryo-Save Group N.V. (Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Company'), the

bank in Europe, announces that the Board of Directors has decided to appoint its
Non-Executive Director Mr. Walter van Pottelberge as Chairman of the Board as of
today. Mr. Van Pottelberge will replace Mr. Johan Goossens, who will remain a
Non-Executive Director.
