Capital Stage AG acquires 8 MW wind farm Olbersleben in Thuringia

Hamburg, 23 May 2013 - Capital Stage AG, Hamburg has acquired a 74.9% stake
in a 8 MW wind farm in the German federal state of Thuringia, extending its
IPP Portfolio (Independent Power Producer) to around 193 MW.
The wind farm has been in operation since December 2012. The stake was
acquired by Boreas Energie GmbH. Having constructed already more than 300
wind plants, Boreas Energie GmbH is a very experienced project developer.
Market leader Vestas supplied the generators of the wind farm. The closing
of contracts is yet subject to conditions precedent. A renowned German bank
provided the non-recourse financing. The farm will generate annual revenues
of more than 1.8 million Euros with a return on equity of an average of 15
per cent.
Felix Goedhart, CEO of Capital Stage AG: 'By acquiring the wind farm we
have taken one step further to enlarging and diversifying our portfolio. At
the same time we strengthened our business relationship with Boreas. We
decided to acquire an existing farm, that has been constructed by renowned
partners and where proven components have been used.'
